I bought my PL service for Warhammer online (US) LvL 17-30 1.5 days ago. I then contacted Tony support LIVE CHAT to verify all info was correct and as to when they were gonna start my PL service, I was then told it would start ASAP!! I have since contacted them again to find out what is with the delay,and if there was a problem logging in to my account, there wasnt any problem said customer support LIVE CHAT. So i then asked when were they going to begin my service today? They replied, "I think so". If ihad known that they were jacked up on other orders i would have used a different PL service, I was under the Impression that these guys were the best in the buisness, am i mistaken ???? |

I must say I am ashamed of what I stated a week ago.. It seems I was very impatient and I spoke words unwise I should have restrained myself as Tonypl is delivering a fast powerleveling right now.. It looks like they are really struggling to maintain their clients happy but missing the manpower to do so.. Please do not do like I did, be patient and your order will be processed.. Sorry again Tonypl for being an excrutiating customer.. I will know better next time then to diss your reputation for you deliver the goods even though it can be late. |

Yeah yeah, been 2weeks since i payed my money. and they are still not done, and as it is now they probably wont be done before i am going for a 4 week period of work. wich i cant play att all, they promised me that it would take 3 days from 17-40 its been 4 since they started lvling my character(currently lvl 29), waited 5days days as stated before they eaven started my character, not counting the holiday they had, ive been lied to and lied to so many times, soon soon, done in 3 days, blablabla, i would not use these people for powerlevling, they just lie to you and make you wait. i basicly feel completly raped off my time, instead of telling ppl soon, verysoon , in a moment, will just take x amount of time, cant you just give ppl theyr money back, so they can find some more relaiable peaople to do theyr work, i am actualy paying you to do a jobb, not sitt on your ass and do shit. |
| Tony reply: hi sander, This is a rough period in our company now, after new year break we received many orders and players are not enuff escpcialy in WH department. A player would play 3 toons at one time, normally a player just play one char, so speed is slow atm, we have been trying very hard everyday to enroll more players to cover the current issue so it won't happen again in a few days. i do feel very sry about delay your char, but i do hope u can understand at this point cause we guys really want to do the job for u. also we know you are our good customer. we are upset to make you disappointed at us. | |

I had an order for power leveling, and i just wanted to say that the guys here did a great job!! Although the order was a bit late, its understandable because of the holiday, something i was told even when i placed my order, so i knew what i was getting myself into. The most important thing is that they kept their word, they didnt touch any of my stuff, items, gold and what not, and knowing i can trust them with my account, for me, is the most important thing. Thanks, will be back again for sure! cut them some slack, its new years :) |

Got to say that iam agreeing alot with Alain Daudelin, i payed 8 days ago, ok they had that chinese holiday, but still thats no exuse for lieing to ppl. i asked on the 16th when they where starting, and got will start tomorrow wich was ok for me, i waited a few days as stupid as i was, asked how it was going, then i get not started yet, will start in 5 hours. and then ok since he said 5 hours he had to meen it. so i waited to the day after, checked nope they haddent started, and started talking to em again, and kinda yelling at em, and end of conversaison was that they said, ok we will start now. and i checked now over 24h after they said so, nope not started. wtfi is up with this shit, first off, holiday was from 13th-16th. not 13th-20th i work my self, but when i have holiday from a given date to a given date, when my holiday is over i go back to work, and do my fulliest, i dont take a few day extra off. instead of saying we will start soon \ in a few hours, isnt it better to say, no we cant start att the moment, due to lack off players \ or all the players are currently working on another order, or just say the holidays is lasting from 16th to 25th of february. then atlest id know what the problem was, and insted of haveing expectaison of when my order is going to be done, i would have know it was going to be delayd for some time.. |
| Tony reply: hi friend, im sry for the delay, it is true that we are lack of players cause many players hasn't come to work due to chinese new year. many players are not in the same city of us, im sure u know how big china is, traffic is not very good here. so many players who were from other province can't arrive on time. we would like to lvl your char extra as soon as we started ur char. | |

Hello, I recently bought an order for my swordmaster 20 to 40, sadly nothing happened for three days, then I contacted the support if there was anything wrong they replied : we will start the powerleveling in a few hours.. so I waited until the second day with nothing happening, then I sent another message, got the same answer with no results for another full day, sent another message and got the same results four times.. nothing has happened yet seems like I lost 100 dollars for no reason.. thank you for hearing me.. I recommend avoiding this website. |
